Olive Oil Selections’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooperative in the Peloponnese and the Rovies Organic Olives Cooperative in Evvoia have joined forces to be part of the Mediterranean Culinary Concept Roundtable at Yale, March 21-22. They will exhibit products for tasting at their Olives & Oils stand to Culinary Directors from self-operated Campus food services Colleges attending the two day proceedings.
